Pasta Aleyka is made from bakery wheat flour, premium grade, without artificial additives, coloring agents and preservatives. The most important components of manufacturing high-quality pasta are the state-of-the-art grain processing technologies, vacuum batching and high-temperature baking.


Pasta Aleyka:

  • have the smooth surface, corn color and glassy cut-off;
  • they contain enough proteins, ferrum, vitamins B1, B2, B9 and PP;
  • contain almost no fats, no added sugar or salt;
  • they are quick fix and keep the shape while being cooked.

Pasta Aleyka in creamy sauce
Ingredients:
  • 400 g of Aleyka cockle-shell pasta
  • 100-150 ml of cream
  • 100 g of ham
  • 10 g of creamy cheese
  • salt (to your liking)
Directions:

Boil pasta (undercook a little). Dice the ham and roast in butter, pour with cream and let it boil. Stop cooking, add grated cheese and mix.

Put the pasta into a frying pan, mix with the sauce and warm it. If the pasta is overcooked they will get too soft, the undercooked ones will get just right.

Advice:

Be careful with salt as both ham and cheese are salty. Sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese and nutmeg.
