Aleiskzernoprodukt joined the national project "Labor Productivity"As part of the implementation of the National Project "Labor Productivity and Employment Support" at S.N. Starovoitov Aleiskzernoprodukt CJSC on March 23, a kick-off meeting was held with the participation of the deputy. Head of Innovation Development and Cluster Policy of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Altai Territory Kosarev A.N., experts of the Federal Competence Center, management and employees of the plant. The project is designed for three years.
During the first year, on the basis of 2 pilot streams, which will be worked out by a team consisting of employees of the FCC and S. N. Starovoitov Aleiskzernoprodukt CJSC, measures to improve the operation of the enterprise will be developed and implemented. In the future, it is necessary to independently replicate approaches to increase labor productivity in all production and support processes.
The result of the three-year program of the National Project should be an increase in labor productivity by at least 30%. All this will open S. N. Starovoitov Aleyskzernoprodukt CJSC new opportunities to expand and increase production and sales volumes, increase the salary level of employees, thereby allowing them to keep up with the times
