Two processes were selected as pilot streams at the plant – stream 1 "Production and loading of flour at mill plant 1" and stream 2 "Production and loading of granular feed (granule shop)". The main areas of work on optimizing flows are reducing the time of equipment changeover, reducing emergency downtime, eliminating unnecessary movements and transportation. As a result, the efficiency of the equipment and the number of products were increased.
Another area of project work was the development of a culture of continuous improvement at the enterprise. For 6 months, employees submitted ideas to improve both production and organizational processes. The author of the best idea was the stacker-packer of the mill plant 1 Gaidai V.Yu., he was encouraged by the management with a valuable gift.
For further work on the implementation of lean manufacturing tools and improving labor productivity, three internal trainers from among the company's employees were trained and licensed.
CJSC Aleyskzernoprodukt named after S.N. Starovoitov will continue to participate in the project for another two years, but on its own, consulting remotely with the staff of the Federal Control Committee.

On March 10, 2022, S.N.Starovoitov Aleiskzernoprodukt CJSC summed up the results of work on improving labor productivity within the framework of the National Project "Labor Productivity and Employment Support".
