Unity means success! CJSC “Aleyskzernoprodukt” named after S.N. Starovoitov approaches its anniversary
On December 17 CJSC “Aleyskzernoprodukt” named after S.N. Starovoitov will celebrate its 85th anniversary. The first mill in Aleisk appeared in 1932 and produced 150 ton of flour daily. Nowadays CJSC “Aleyskzernoprodukt” is the biggest grain processing complex in Russia including elevators, mills, plants and production halls. The company has cutting-edge production technologies, experienced staff, wide product range and a structured distribution system. Besides, they carry out strict quality control for the raw feedstock and finished goods. These are by no means all keys to success for CJSC “Aleyskzernoprodukt”.Today the company group CJSC “Aleyskzernoprodukt” includes “Chistogorsky” pig complex in Kemerovskaya oblast, “Komsomolskaya” poultry farm in Altai krai, a pasta production department in Blagoveshchensk, Amurskaya oblast. 12 affiliations mostly located in the east of Russia and joint ventures in Mongolia and China are actively involved in distribution. Moreover, our production is dispatched into the European part of Russia, Volga region, Ural region and others, into the CIS countries and abroad.
Approaching its anniversary the company is improving the production, its working conditions and the product range. Grain-storage section no.7 has been brought into operation so that the plant can store 12 thsd ton of grain more. In September another similar grain-storage section for 27 thsd ton will be brought into operation, which means a lot during harvesting crops. Finished goods warehouse no.4 has been built and brought into operation, thus the company increased the dispatch rate for the customers. Modern photo -classifiers have been installed at milling plant no.1 in order to boost the product quality. Now a new filling line from German company “Fawema” is being assembled. It will fill bakery wheat flour “Aleyka” into paper bags of 1kg, 2kg and 5 kg (new!).
At the combine-fodder factory the equipment has been restored. The launch of a new line for expansion extruded feed for fish “AkvAlei” has become a remarkable event. Currently the product range includes feeds for catfish, carps and sturgeons. For “Dilli” dog food both the product range and the production volume have been expanded.
The specialists of CJSC “Aleyskzernoprodukt” have developed and introduced the management system for food safety. According to audit results, an independent international certification center awarded CJSC “Aleyskzernoprodukt” with registration certificates for the management systems of food safety. This fact proves that CJSC “Aleyskzernoprodukt” named after S.N. Starovoitov is rigorously following the principle “Care about the consumer by producing a healthy and safe product for the human diet”.
New lorries and cars have been bought. CJSC “Aleyskzernoprodukt” named after S.N. Starovoitov is always developing owing to the smooth professional work of its management team and employees. It means that the company approaches its 85th anniversary with the motto “Unity means success”!
