Pasta “Aleyka” is made from bakery wheat flour, premium grade, without artificial additives, coloring agents and preservatives. The most important components of manufacturing high-quality pasta are the state-of-the-art grain processing technologies, vacuum batching and high-temperature baking.
Pasta “Aleyka”:
- have the smooth surface, corn color and glassy cut-off;
- they contain enough proteins, ferrum, vitamins B1, B2, B9 and PP;
- contain almost no fats, no added sugar or salt;
- they are quick fix and keep the shape while being cooked.
