Barley grain “Aleyka”

Barley grain “Aleyka” is produced by exfoliating the corn. During the processing the grain is polished which improves its look, changes its biochemistry, improves the taste and cooking characteristics.
The barley grain contains potassium, calcium, phosphorus, ferrum, cuprum, manganese, zinc, molybdenum, cobalt, strontium, chrome, iodine, bromine. The surface of the barley corn contains a lot of vitamins – B1, B2, PP. As for the aminoacid contents, barley protein is more valuable than wheat protein, especially in lysine contents. Barley grain contains a lot of fiber (about 5,5%).
