Semolina “Aleyka” type “M” is produced during grading milling of soft wheat. The grain consists of shattered particles of the grain center – the endosperm, which contains a lot of starch and hardly any fiber. Thus it is well-digested by our organism.

The homogenous shade and color increases the grain consumption value. semolina is widely applied both in baby food (since early infancy) and in everyday adult food. semolina is quickly cooked therefore it keeps its nutrients.
