Buckwheat groats “Aleyka” is produced from the cooked buckwheat cereal grown in Altai Krai. The core is separated from bran coverings.
Buckwheat groats contain essential aminoacids, vitamins of B, PP, E group, folic acid, carotin, iodine, ferrum, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and rutin. The buckwheat protein equals the meat, fish or egg protein in its nutritional value. It has good solubility and is well-absorbed by the body.
