Milled rice (long-grain) “Aleyka”

Milled long-grain rice has the grain longer than 0,6 mm. Unlike the round-grain rice this type doesn’t stick together when cooked but stays short-eating.

Rice contains proteins, 8 essential aminoacids which the body needs for creating new cells, phosphorus, zinc, ferrum, potassium, calcium, iodine, group B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6 vitamin). Rice is also rich in complex carbohydrates.
