Due to the aminoacid contents (especially lysine) the barley protein is more valuable than the wheat protein. Barley flakes contain potassium, calcium, phosphorus, ferrum, cuprum, manganese, zinc, molybden, cobalt, strontium, chromium, iodine, bromine, vitamins B1, B2, PP. Consumption of barley flakes normalizes the metabolism, clears the organism from toxins and salts of heavy metals.
Instant barley flakes “Aleyka” are produced from the best Altai barley grains which are cleaned, steamed and beaten flat. Thus the product increases its nutrient value and digestibility. The taste gets much better and the cereals acquire the mouth-watering smell.
Time and method of cooking: to cook the instant barley cereals you need to pour them over with boiling water and leave only for 3 min.
