Quick fix wheat flakes are produced from the unique Altai wheat which is cleaned, processed hydrothermally and beaten flat. Thus the product increases its nutrient value and digestibility.
Time and method of cooking: to cook the cereals you need to boil them only for 3-5 min slowly.
