Due to the aminoacid contents (especially lysine) the barley protein is more valuable than the wheat protein. Barley flakes contain potassium, calcium, phosphorus, ferrum, cuprum, manganese, zinc, molybden, cobalt, strontium, chromium, iodine, bromine, vitamins B1, B2, PP. Consumption of barley flakes normalizes the metabolism, clears the organism from toxins and salts of heavy metals.
Quick fix barley flakes “Aleyka” are produced from the best barley grains which are cleaned, processed hydrothermally and beaten flat. Thus the product increases its nutrient value and digestibility.
Time and method of cooking: to cook the cereals you need to boil them only for 3-5 min slowly.
