Instant wheat flakes “Aleyka” are produced from the unique Altai wheat which is cleaned, steamed and beaten flat. Thus the product increases its nutrient value and digestibility. The taste gets much better and the cereals acquire the mouth-watering smell.
Time and method of cooking: to cook the instant wheat cereals you need to pour them over with boiling water and leave only for 3 min.
