All-purpose wheat flour “M125-20” is much darker than that of the premium and first grade – it contains a lot of bran particles. It is mainly used for baking table varieties of bread and lean pastries.
Wheat flour has high nutritional value, it contains a lot of protein, vitamins of B group, carotin, phosphorus and magnesium.
