Pelmeni flour “Aleyka” is intended specially for making pelmeni (meat dumplings), vareniki (curd or fruit dumplings) and manty (oriental dumplings).

The dough made from pelmeni flour “Aleyka” is quite plastic which provides for its easy rolling out and getting high-quality seams. It also keeps the pelmeni indehiscent at the freeze-quenching.

When cooking steamed food (manty, steamed noodles) those made from pelmeni flour “Aleyka” retain the white-creamy color and don’t get dark after cooking.
