Mix for wheat and rye pancakes “Aleyka”
GOST (All-Union State Standard) R 50366-92
Mix for wheat and rye pancakes contains all necessary elements for making the pancake dough: milk, eggs, salt. All you have to add is water and vegetable oil – and you can bake lacy high-colored pancakes.
Pancake flour “Aleyka” does not contain sugar thus if you are making pancakes with the sweet stuffing add a teaspoonful of sugar to the dough.
